Conditions and Liability

Your signature upon entering art, means you have read and agree to requirements and liabilities. 

Requirements:

1. All work must be professionally framed in a safe manner, with a wire affixed accordingly to hang 2D art.
2. No sharp edges or dangerous protrusions on artworks.
3. Artwork should not be so fragile that shipment or public display is potentially harmful.
4. All art must be original works of art. 
5. Work cannot be exhibited more than one time in the Great Hall Gallery. 
6. ages 18+, international entries welcome
7. adhere to drop off and pick up dates
8. artwork should be recent

The Arts Center and the Exhibits Committee reserve the right to use our discretion in hanging and displaying art works. 

This is a secured facility with an alarm monitoring system and the utmost care is given to your artwork. The Arts Center will not be liable for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. Insurance is the responsibility of the artist. The Arts Center reserves the right to use images of your work for publicity purposes. The Arts Center retains a courtesy commission on any artworks sold. If your art sells, The Arts Center will issue a check, plus the sales tax collected, less the courtesy commission back to the artist at the end of the exhibit.This call has agreed to ArtCall.org Terms & Conditions
